Bonita Blazer, Ph.D. is Director of her own independent educational consulting firm, offering a wide variety of testing, counseling, and educational services to students of all ages.  Her clinical practise is built on her philosophy of respect for individual differences, belief in student potential, and delivery of state-of-the-art services.

She is skilled in the design, implementation, and monitoring of various individualized plans to help parents help their children to reach their potential and to feel successful in school.

With twenty plus years experience as a Reading/Language Arts/Learning Specialist, Dr. Blazer is experienced as a researcher, supervisor of testing, teacher, and civic leader.  She is a member of the National Association of College Admissions Counselors, the International Dyslexia Society, and she served ten years on the NJ Chadd (Children/Adults with Attention Deficit Disorders) Professional Advisory Board. Dr Blazer has also presented over 100 teacher/parent workshops in New Jersey to help teachers develop classroom modification plans. She writes extensively on providing supports at home and school for behavior/instructional management of children with attention and learning differences.
